How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I care for knitted props?

We recommend hand washing knitted items in cool water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry or wring. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the colors and shape.
